With an architectural legacy from old tobacco barns, this architect-designed house was built with great care, combining modern building techniques and choice of high quality materials. The 3 designer rooms are spacious, air conditioned, bright and airy and the living room has a beautiful view of the valley and a southern exposure.
Anne welcomes you all year to her house with its elegant and harmoniously decorated rooms was completely conceived entirely by her and her painter decorator husband, Luc. Peace and quiet are guaranteed in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Chambre Alienor (33m2): a double room with Italian style shower, separate WC, towelling robes, slippers, quality linen and toiletries, Wifi, TV, armchairs, South facing, reversible air conditioning, insulation. Max 2 persons.
Day 1: The Perigord Noir
Your weekend starts with a guided tour of Sarlat. Iconic City of Black Perigord in appearance very medieval with its limestone houses, its Lauze roofs, cobbled streets and its typical towers.
Early afternoon: guided tour of a truffle plantation and truffle tasting. Free time in and around town.
19h30: Taste the delights of chef with a gourmet dinner in â¤½La Belle Etoileâ¤ Restaurant in La Roque Gageac.
Day 2: Valley of the Vezere and prehistory
This day is dedicated for the discovery of our origins with a guided tour of the cave of Lascaux II, and the largest troglodytic city in Europe: Roque St Christophe or La Maison Forte de Reignac. You will have the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful villages in France and stroll through the wonderful Perigord markets.
Your day ends with a visit to a duck farm and foie gras tasting.

Day 3: The Dordogne valley and the Middle Ages
Lulled by the gentle sound of water you can admire the scenery of the valley of the Dordogne in a canoe or on a barge.
At your own pace, discover the medieval treasures of this valley of a thousand castles: Castelnaud, Beynac, the hanging gardens of Marqueyssac
